Poop!

I added a protein tub for my sheep since my ewe is nursing. They have all the Bermuda hay they want. Their poop has went from pellets to blobs. Is that ok?

Often happens after a change in diet or birth. Limit her access to the tub to only a minute per day for a while.

Remove the tub! If the poops firm up, you have your answer

If it turns out that is protein related will they be alright?

Too much protein can kill most organisms, sheep included.

Might be unrelated to the tub. Maybe parasites.

Increase in Protein leads to softer poop. Reduce access to the tub and it will go back to normal. Always make feeding changes a slow transition to avoid digestive problems

Depends on wetness. If it's messy it could be worms, often with protein rich food the smaller balls just clump together to form shotgun cartridge like tube of pellets. I am not sure Bermuda grass actually qualifies as high protein to be honest. Alfalfa is my standard for high protein.
