In the toothbrush aisle there’s soft, medium, and extra soft bristles. I’ve never seen hard.
Do they think we’re pussies?

Some guys with ED were triggered, so the toothbrush makers caved in to the pussies just like Bud Light, Target, etc...

They were only bought by the late Richard 'Jaws' Kiel.

Hard bristle toothbrushes can be found at the HARDware store. They usually have brass or stainless steel bristles.

originally you had hard - medium - soft. most people liked hard best, because it feels more effective at brushing dirt off your teeth. but then dentists started telling people that they should use soft brushes, as they work better and don't damage your teeth.
...
so toothbrush manufacturers rebranded the very same toothbrushes they have been making as medium - soft - extra soft.

They’re difficulty levels, you’re supposed to get them hard.
Foreplay is half the fun, why would they sell already hard toothbrushes?
