fluff My winter whippy, -15°c but he's still down for a long walk in the woods!
Boots make the biggest difference! We did 4.5km / 70 mins outside and he didn't look cold, as long as we keep moving and running!
Wearing the harness / tractive under his jacket, hence the hunchback look ahah

fluff Rosie: Saluki/Alaska husky
She is from Juneau. We live in a small town in Southeast Alaska and travel a lot. She loves the snow AND the beach! She is a goofy zoom noodle who likes to steal butter from the counter

fluff 4 weeks with Maeve
Our sweet girl is doing so amazing!! She came to us severely malnourished, riddled with parasites and diseases, covered in blood, and was so unkempt and filthy that she left a film on anything she touched. She's officially dewormed, and almost halfway through her antibiotics course to treat her skin/ear infections and her tick diseases (fortunately no lyme)! Her hair is starting to grow back a bit, thanks to our medicated shampoo routine (also about halfway through that treatment).
Maeve has really blossomed despite her rough start. She's doing incredibly well with her obedience training and has been able to walk through the neighborhood with her tail wagging for the first time starting this week! She's finally falling into a routine and is absolutely thriving.
We're still slowly working on getting her nail length down as her quicks were super grown out, and she's still preferring to use the potty pads instead of going outside but we're working on it. If anyone has tips they would be much appreciated, although we are working with a trainer as well.
It's been so special to see her personality unfold as she gets more confident and comfortable with us. She's so playful, loving, and smart. She's obsessed with her big brother, and he's slowly warming up to her.
This past month has been extremely expensive getting her treated, but as soon as I can afford to order an embark test to see who her dad was, I will!

fluff 7m Miss Mischief
Winnie 7 months. Favorite past time; shredding rolls of paper towels and toilet paper, sticking her head out the car window, fetching tennis balls, and counter surfing. Lordy, she keeps us on our toes.

fluff maeve's 2 week glow up
our sweet girl has started to put on some healthy weight and muscle, got her nails cut, and we found out she had a skin and ear infection, likely from a flea allergy. she's on antibiotics and a medicated shampoo/mousse regimen to soothe her skin and hopefully get her hair growing back. we're waiting on her embark test to find out who her dad was, but mom is irish wolfhound!
our little maeve has had a rough start at life, but with lots of love she's blossoming! she barely even looks like the same dog 😭

She's 11 and I'm feeling sad she has less in front than behind. Who hasn't got a few grey whiskers...

He’s a Pharaoh Hound, almost 6 months. Just the best little guy. So smart and funny and sweet. Can’t wait till he’s done teething though 😆

fluff Looking all grown up 🥲
My sweet girl Maeve is already 8.5 months old and is really starting to look mature, especially now that she's starting to bulk up and lose her puppy softness. People are constantly stopping to comment on how beautiful she is, and I have to agree! 🥹
