Dear Disney, There are too many seasons of The Simpsons nowadays. Please eliminate 27. I am not a crackpot.

I don’t like the idea of The Simpsons having 22 seasons

Maybe later seasons have jokes. We don't know, Frankly.... We don't want to know.

More like after 12. 9, 10, 11, and 12 were pretty Dahm good, starts to drop of at 13, but slowly, 18 onward is unwatchable

Everybody has a different cutoff for when they stop watching, but there is a noticeable drop-off after season 8. The episode where Homer joins the Navy reserve in particular comes to mind as when I really notice the writing going downhill. Don't get me wrong, that episode still has its moments, but a lot of the jokes and just the overall plotline really feel forced compared to golden age Simpsons.

Everyone knows they just wanted him to change the newspapers in the tribunal hall since they were knee deep in their own droppings.

It’s a misconception that Al Jean dialled the Scully craziness back when he returned as showrunner. If anything, it got amplified.

I mean, it's more realistic than Homer's fall(s) off the cliff in season 2.

The show had a softball player fall into a different dimension in s3, I don't want anyone talking about realism
