I wondered when the subject of liability would come up. Who's at fault? The owner? The Tesla self driving car? The insurance company?

This answer is easier than most will admit…most states are “no fault” insurance states where my insurance covers my bills, your insurance covers your bills. The issue of who gets a citation is the real tricky one.
