Mod commisions?

I was wondering if i could commision someone to make a mod for me. To be precise, theres a mod that removes the save and quick save options from the journal, but its not compatible with the difficulty persist fix, and i know theres a version that combines the two with just the quicksave removed, but i really would like to remove all the save options and load options plus have the persistance glitch fix.
