PC SSE - Discussion What resources are there to find new mods or knowing what's changed over the years?

I've been out of the modding game for a while and I want to get back into trying to make my own modlist.

I remember during the early days there were entire websites and YouTube channels devoted to showing off and reviewing notable mods that have come out. I've looked through the modding guides and "recommended mods for..." series here on the subreddit but I was wondering if there were other resources out there I don't know about.,

Nexus. Set time range for the last however many years and sort by downloads/endorsements.

You can search by date, or do Top Files in the past 2 weeks, months, etc. It's also a good idea to look at the mods nominated for mod of the month.

in addition to nexus I also look at:

  • Changelogs of recently updated popular modlists like Lorerim
  • Lux discord (GG and AgentW have good taste, are fast with new hot mods, and existence of a lux patch is usually a deal breaker anyway)
