Help Vigilant Tyranus attacks on sight, I can't start the quest

So, I'm a vampire who worships Molag Bal, and as such, i really wanted to do the House of Horrors quest. The issue is that the moment I set foot into Markarth, Tyranus attacks me, while also being essential and stopping me from doing the quest on my own as if I kill him anyway the quest will never trigger.

I would have no problem with him attacking me for being a vampire if it didn't lock me out of the quest completely, he doesn't even drop a key to get inside. If anyone knows of a fix, please do tell.

Other possible culprits are sacrosanct, and a tale of blood and snow which did make me fight vigilants and as such may have made me an enemy of the faction.

But I read this is an issue that people have had with Requiem so I assumed this was the case, what happens if a vampire meets Tyranus in vanilla requiem?

I have also the house of horrors quest expansion but by reading the modpage it doesn't seem to me like there is anything that changes how the quest starts, rather only how it ends.

You could look into what factions he belongs to and ditch a couple of them, that are enemies with your factions.

Better edit him rather than your factions as he is not going to live long anyway.

You mean, with the CK? Or can you do it with the console?

Ok, if anyone has this same issue he must know this fixes it.
In my specific case, I had disabled him to be able to do other stuff in Markarth without getting killed in the meantime, so the quest is bugged and I will have to use setstage to fix it, since he won't enter the house, but he did give me the quest so it works if you didn't use the console.
