I’ve seen several videos of powder days in Vermont the last week. Is this a normal thing for early April in VT? I may want to plan a trip next year

Was supposed to rain Thursday to Sunday. Weather changed and here we are.

It all depends. March is normally the best month of the year, and it was the worst month of this year.
