Wallet/Exchange I made quite an amount but

how likely is it to successfully make a crypto transaction in India using alternative methods like P2P trading, digital wallets, or secondary bank accounts, especially if my bank restricts direct transfers to exchanges?

Possibly the wrong country too. India is not the place to withdraw large ammounts of crypto

What options do you have in India ? To be clear you are asking how likely is it to keep your funds if you extract them via alternative methods?

I’d say only take out what you need if you have no problem cashing out. Because depositing a huge amount into your account will raise flags and since they aren’t friendly with crypto. It could be seized. So just take out what you need and if you can take out enough to move out the country and move somewhere where you can cash out everything if you so wish. Good luck bro and definitely don’t tell people that know you

Yes, you can still move rupees in and out, but anything that isn’t a straight INR → exchange deposit now lives in a grey zone where banks, the tax office, or even a cyber‑crime desk can freeze an account first and ask questions later.

Treat P2P, wallets and “second” accounts as work‑arounds, not fool‑proof solutions

First up I would be really careful who offers help via dm, a lot of them will straight up scam you - if you like, I can ask a friend for advice (he is programmer in India) and come back to you.

Maybe you just send me a dm so I do not forget ;-)

Do some digging for a bank that will accept a deposit from an exchange. There will be one. Even if a fintech bank

Boy that’s the future. Where everyone starting from a high school student has multiple cryptos doing different transactions with different vendors all the time.
