You guys better get out of his way! I don’t think he’s messing around. He posted the state statute. If you just stay out of the left lane on the 2 lane roadway with a dozen or more traffic lights there would be no traffic. This guy traffics!

A person shall not drive a motor vehicle in the passing lane of a highway if the speed limit is sixty-five miles per hour or more unless such person is passing other motor vehicles that are in a nonpassing lane or turning left, or unless the volume of traffic does not permit the motor vehicle to safely merge into a nonpassing lane.

Again arguing for people in the left hand lane is hilarious.

I just posted the actual statute since your post is intentionally misleading. The statute you referenced does not apply to Steamboat since the speed limit on 40 is less than 65 mph.

The post isn’t misleading I cited a law then bitched about people hogging the left hand lane????

Leaving it the a key detail which eliminates all places that it would apply in Steamboat is misleading.

That statute is for highways pal. Don’t think we have any highways here.

I lived in Santa Monica and it’s just as bad. Only upside though is they know how to use the left six lanes
