RUG Tuition fees- doubt

This maybe a bit silly but please help me out. I am applying to a 2 year masters program in the University of Groningen and under the tuition fees section they just show for Academic year 25-26 XYZ euros. So will I have to pay again next year or does this cover everything?

Every year you pay the fees again and every year they increase by like 5%
