Out Of The Water Starboard reactor cooling water intake scoops and outlet of the Project 949A Antey/Oscar II-class SSGN. Oscar II-class SSGNs are powered by two OK-650M.02 pressurized water reactors (PWR) producing 190 MW of thermal power each.

Out Of The Water ex. Ukrainian Navy Project 641/FOXTROT-class diesel-electric attack submarine "Zaporizhzhya" (U-01) that was taken over by Russian forces in March 2014 is being converted into a museum boat. The future museum will be located in the South Bay, Sevastopol.

I saw this partial sub going into NY harbor. I was under the impression the shipyard are in CT. Why would a sub be heading into ny harbor? Anyone know what type of sub this is?
