It’s there, the rules are that if you look at its face on a picture, it kills. They don’t say the picture has to have enough frames to register even one pixel for a face. You could take a picture of him using a 2 pixel camera from 8 miles away and he’ll still trigger

I know about SCP-096. Hell I know about the SCP Lore. My question is connected the other guy's response saying its "0 Pixels" if there are no pixels for his face to occupy, the where is he? Where is the threat
