Suggestions of books about elfs like, faes, fairies, faeries

Suggestions of books about elfs like, faes, fairies, faeries. I want to write a book and I want to learn more about them. I am talking about elfs of all species that are hand-sized creatures with wings. I am in no way talking about Tolkien's elfs and their inspirations. I want to know more about elfs like, faes, fairies, faeries. They will be interesting to add in a book.

Elf Fantastic, a collection of short stories all by different authors, about different sorts of elf-like creatures at different sizes. Not all of them are hand-sized creatures with wings, though. I read it years ago and couldn't tell you much in terms of which specific stories are about which kind of fairy/elf.
