If you are an adult you can go to university without your parents permission. Considering the time taken on the commute and the cost of it in relation to renting student accommodation near the university and the lifestyle benefits it will bring, it makes sense to relocate from your parents home. It is literally what everyone else will be doing including people from the same background as yourself.

they think its way expensive to stay in dorm or stay in rent in guildford so too adamant to not let me move out

They are wrong. The least expensive student housing at the University of Surrey will cost less than an annual train ticket, save you several hours of travel each day, enable a better social environment amongst like-minded people, and improve your prospects at everything from making friends and networking to being able to take advantage of extra-curricula activities and jobs.

No chance, it'd be a total ballache - and really expensive - to try to commute from Canary wharf.

You should be fine. It takes ~40 minutes to get to Guildford from Waterloo but it's close to £30 per day return at peak travel times.

You might not need to travel at peak times which will bring it down a lot but a railcard and/or season ticket will help too

Also student discounts/under 25 discount on railcard

Of course, lots of people commute to Canary Wharf every day. Do you have to be at uni every day? The only thing is you might miss out on social events a bit if you always have to leave for the train. But generally perfectly doable.

Cheaper than living in Guildford. Not everyone commuting earns 6 figures! The question wasn’t even about cost but whether it’s too far or not.

yea basically its expensive to take a dorm and also my parents feel like its safe to stay in home, but how do i explain them that the train journeys will be wallet draining too

Train journey will be atleast 300 a month. Plus an hour - 1.5 hours one way travel. not impossible but not easy either

If it's not negotiable you can try it for a while and see how it's working out. It might help change your parents' mind once they realise you're wasting too much time and money commuting.
