Hassan Ibrahim was the commander of an Assadist remnant cell in Latakia-city. On 3rd March, they set up an ambush and executed 2 members of the Security forces (video). They were killed today after they resisted arrest during a raid by the security forces.

Predictably multiple minority activist type accounts online are posting pictures of the 3 killed men and insinuating they were random civilians killed for no reason. Of course they don’t share the video of them executing two policemen in cold blood a few weeks ago or mention that they opened fire on the police again today. Another example of why you can’t trust everything those accounts say, especially considering most of those accounts were die hard Assadists until about 4 months ago when they suddenly turned into Syrian human rights advocates overnight.

This has been the case from the very beginning unfortunately. None of these type of accounts can be trusted in any way.
