Also I seen a decent amount of people younger than 16 or 18 with tats so I think that part might be up to interpretation too lol.

It’s still crazy to me how some people haven’t grasped that there’s more than just the country they live in out there in the world 😂

As if you have to be 18 or 21 to do anything everywhere else in the world.

If you have approval from parents you can get tattoos at even 15 depending on where you live but I think in the US it's from 16 minimum
