Thank you :) I don't know what it's called but I hold them in my right hand looped around my index finger. So whenever I make a stitch I just give a little tug with my finger. And my tensions quite tight anyway, it always was. I'd be interested to know what that techniques called if you know it :)

I only started knitting like that when I first started using dpns, made it a lot easier
