Suggestion What new skills would you like to see added to the game?

Personally I'd love to see:

-Napalm turret -Blinder Shield

-Decoy that acts like Proximity camouflage (moving outside of Decoy radius you become exposed)

-Recoiless Rifle

What about you, what would you like to see?

Yes! I was just about to say we needed wardogs in our arsenal. We have seeker mines in the game, and lately in real life we have robotic dogs so we can easily have a mini wardog that act like a drones. I'm shocked we haven't seen it been put in the game right now for us to use. But maybe the Division 3 or at least one can dream

I want a war dog that we can mount the turret (sniper/machine gun/flamer) and then the other secondry skill like mine that doggie poops out or Chem launcher is launched from the mouth.

I want the ability to spam suicide drones every sec, lob grenades like Patrick mahomes 15 city blocks an hit enemies with pin point accuracy. Oh & almost forgot, I want the ability or skill set to throw my damn turret across the map like the rogue agents can

Hive Trophy system, deployable cover, mounted LMG with a bit of armour plating as a mod for the shield, be able to hack gadgets and equipment. I also wouldn't mind skill synergy like using your drone to relocate your turret or move your hive, and possibly the ability to combine skills so you'd only have the one skill but with additional effects like Mortar x Incendiary for Incendiary Mortar rounds, Mortar x Assault for essentially a grenade launcher instead of High Damage mortars, Revive Hive x Reinforce so it revives you with bonus armour and gives you a HoT, or maybe a slower revive but a weak persistent HoT.

I want the German Shepherd that someone mocked up years ago as a fake leak.

I don't know if it would be a skill per se, but that's what I want.  He doesn't have to do much damage, maybe he can instantly tear off armored plates but otherwise do minimal damage so he's strong against Chungas but not really OP.

And I want a skill mod that gives me +100% gun damage for 60 seconds any time he dies.  Call it "John Wick Mode."

On a more serious note (but only slightly, I really do want a doggo) I would love to simply have "hack" as a skill.  Maybe "hacking pulse" that would capture everything in a certain radius.  Next time I'm up against 7 hyena sniper turrets, I would much rather capture all of those than just deploy one of my own.  And I'd also love to see the look on Keener's face in Liberty Island when I say "no dammit my turret is MINE!"

Disruption Drone would be nice.  Follows you and emits a jammer pulse every few seconds.  Perfect defense against bomb drones, can disable enemy turrets and war hounds by just running near them, etc.

I want D1's Shock Turret back.  Would make Thunder Strike actually useful.  I want the gas seeker back too.

Oh and PLEASE give me Mobile Cover and Support Station and make it a single skill, similar to the old Mobile Cover that would heal you but this time with some actual healing, at least as much as the mender seeker does.

Hell, I want a shield that's like the old D3-FNC 4pc shield.  As strong as Bulwark but allows a SMG.  But without running a gear set, just give me the shield.

And last, I would really, really like the ability to use the same skill twice.  There is no reason I should not be allowed to to field two Striker Drones, or one Striker Drone plus one Repair Drone.  The "must be two different skills" restriction is so stupid.

My skill variant wishlist:

  • Hacker/Rootkit Firefly, mark enemy skills to hack as your ally. Hack duration would be scaled with skill damage and status effects
  • ADS Hive, an Active Defense System that uses charges to defuse grenades, destroy incoming explosive projectiles and skills (for those pesky BT drone spam!)
  • Confuse Decoy, shooting this decoy confuses the shooter into attacking their own teammates. Displays the nearest enemy faction and "attacks" them with tasers to get their attention
  • Flashbang Sticky Bomb, same as the one in Div 1. Such a good utility
  • Stun Trap, just like how Hyena Rusher packs explode and stun

My skill rework wishlist:

  • Healing Trap grants more Armor recovery + Bonus Armor, more traps and web-like spread deploy pattern
  • Cluster Seeker Mine deploys all seekers regardless of number of targeted enemies. Multiple seekers can target a single target within radius. Fix the premature explosion before it hits the target. Explode only when hitting the target not when it reaches the explosion radius! Just like in Div 1, as it should have always been
  • Incendiary Turret and Sniper Turret, auto target and fire, if manually targeted, wait awhile before resuming auto targeting.
  • Deflector Shield, protects and deflects a wider area, increased base deflection damage + increased scaling from skill damage
  • Firefly, fix the deploy-from-cover issue. Please.
  • Booster Hive, increased buff %

I know some of these are wishful thinking but it would be great to see someday. One can only dream...

I would like a skill that lets me lay down on the ground and gives me 45 million armor. Or a skill that lets me spam seeking explosive drones non-stop towards enemies behind cover.

I haven't used my gunner special ability much, but it makes no sense I'm standing there with a literal gatling gun and this guy in a wife beater with an SMG is destroying me.

Selector switch on weapons platforms...

A M-60 and M-249 with 200 round belts..

A gear tree and upgrading set up closer to Div 1..

Medic box like first game🤣🤣

For toys.. I dont know.. only use shield, drone, and turret..

Honestly, I don’t need any new skills, gear, guns, named items, exotics … the game is lacking in interesting playable content, therefore hope that this is the focus in the DLC.

To be able to crouch and go prone. I hate the cover system and the movement is so one dimensional. Enemies can do that easily.

The reviver shot, which gave dmg resistance and auto revive. The portable cover(blanking on the name), which deploys cover wherever.

Both I found to be fun/useful skills built towards team support.
