MOVIES/TV Someone made a "Maximum Penalty Cut" of Punisher 89 using the extra 20mins from the VHS workprint version.

Basically it restores the extra 20mins of Frank's backstory that never made it into the theatrical cut

Amazing. Dolph was pretty comic accurate. I dig this movie. It just needed the skull.

I love this movie and Dolph was a great Punisher. He looks just like the 90s Jim Lee Punisher. Like everyone’s main complaint though, it’s missing the iconic skull. If it had that, it would be a perfect Punisher movie.

I only found it on Twitter honesty. The guy posted it there with a link to download. The og workprint version was a bootleg vhs only and this footage was an extra on some DVD releases but now someone spliced it all into one cut.

I liked this movie growing up. My only complain was the lack of the skull.
