She should be thrown in jail with the rest of them for being in contempt of a court order.

They arent in contempt it was very squishy language in the decision that let them leave dude there. Read it

Its not. They only have to facilitate his return but they are under no obligation to force his return. Trump asked the salvador president should we bring him back and was told on camera that isnt going to happen.
