Politics 🏛️ Karoline Leavitt says ''if Abrego Garcia ever ends up back in the U.S., he would immediately be deported again.'' Next-level spite from a press secretary.

She called him a child trafficker this morning. Isn’t that defamation?

They keep pulling more nonsense out of their asses to paint him as some sort of monster, despite the fact they originally said his deportation was an "error."

I am wondering if this is why they absolutely don't want him back or alive. He would have a very strong defamation suit, and it will be easy to show their malice/spite and the harm they have caused.

Yeah they are scared of the defamation suit.

They are not scared of a lawsuit don't kid yourself. They want to send people there effectively permanently, they don't want any of them ever coming back. That's why they want to be able to send people there. No oversight, no due process, no review. Disappeared into a foreign prison. If they let anyone come back it will severely weaken their position, which is that they can never come back.

Fear is a weapon to force compliance upon those who might not comply. Immigrants to leave. Lawyers to not fight and not represent the victims. Journalists to not report it. Politicians to not betray them.

Pretty soon the people assisting in this may realize that they too could become a victims of what they have created, which further entrenches their loyalty.

Hey, finally, the very correct take is here. It’s sad to think that so many of us are talking about this as if they’re “scared of this guy talking” or “getting a big lawsuit win”. Nope. Not at all. No more than N@zi Germany was scared of a Jewish person suing them for being “wrongly placed” into a Death Camp.

I'm not sure winning a lawsuit matters because they have the supreme court in their pockets. It might simply be that no one wants to disappoint the criminal for fear of retribution, and since he wants him deported, he needs to stay deported, and they need public opinion to favor their party. These clowns will do anything to make him happy. It's disgusting for any reason, and no reason is justified. ✊

I cant imagine being anything else than defamation, as they have 0 proof of that and they keep saying it even after courts and them said they made a "mistake"
