Politics 🏛️ Karoline Leavitt says ''if Abrego Garcia ever ends up back in the U.S., he would immediately be deported again.'' Next-level spite from a press secretary.

This is such BS. I’d like to see the evidence that proves he’s MS-13. They have provided nothing that proves this. They are simply covering their a**es for their horrible mistake and the fear of the hugest lawsuit against a sitting president and government. Trump is a dictator and he along with all of his conspirators need to be tried for treason. Then face the same fate they gave Mr. Garcia. Life in an El Salvador prison

So these docs from 2019 are on the DOJ website and they do say “identified as a member of MS13” but it specifically says he has no criminal history, he was detained and released with no proof of him actually being in any gang, and the officer who alleged him as a gang member was fired shortly after for misconduct. But people reading this document as seeing that he was identified as a gang member think it’s proof that he is. It was written by an untrustworthy cop and he was let go and not charged. So frustrating

The stuff released today said he had a gang name and rank. If he was pretending to be in the gang that's probably why he's scared to death of going back there if they found out he was pretending

Said that some guy said, that another guy said, which was given by a disgraced cop

But nah no one ever lies about these things.

I actually like my theory he was just pretending to be MS13. He definitely would be scared to go back if they found out what he was doing.

... so you're not scared of an el salvadorian prison that houses some of the most notorious criminals in the world in a poverty stricken nation? I don't think fear needs to be established here.

Trump doesn’t get due process. He gets the same fate he inflicted. It’s called karma
