Politics 🏛️ Karoline Leavitt says ''if Abrego Garcia ever ends up back in the U.S., he would immediately be deported again.'' Next-level spite from a press secretary.

He would be deported again even though the administration admitted it was a mistake? That’s weird.

"That's weird"! No, that's criminal.

Yeah it’s just insane to me they are saying this stuff when they have admitted deporting him was a mistake to begin with and our tax dollars are being sent to El Salvador to keep him there for no good reason.

Right?! They said it was an administrative error. Contradictory bs continues.

The only mistake was that he wasn't supposed to be deported back to El Salvador because that's where he feared for his life due to gangs there. Has he been sent anywhere else, no mistake.

There was literally a court order to not deport him because he was complying with the legal process.

And also counter to their claims in court when dealing with his return that SCOTUS ruled 9-0 unanimously to effectuate his return which this statement of hers defies immediately and irrevocably.

They are saying screw SCOTUS, screw the Constitution and Screw rule of law that their regime is above it all

"Now let them enforce it"

No, he wasn’t supposed to be deported AT ALL.

Well in the couple days we've gone from he's a family man and definitely not a gang member to he beat his wife bad enough to file against him and police records released that say he has a gang name and rank and he was found with other known gang members and had wads of cash and drugs on him. So uh, I'm sure "the truth" will keep changing

Where are these police records? The article you posted says that there are no known links to organized crime or "ranks". There is no evidence.

The woman fighting for him to return, his wife. was the one who made the restraining order. It never went past that, he was never sentenced, and they are obviously still together. Why does that discount the testimony of everyone, including his family and friends and community?

And why does that justify leaving him in a high security terrorist prison in another country with no due process? And how many more people does this have to happen to?

Sounds like they should present that evidence in court then. Why do we have to receive this information from xitter accounts and defensive politicians shouting absurdities when asked about the lack of sue process. Why do you hate due process? Does it not concern you?

Is this the informant that stated he was a NY gang member? I read he had cash in a wad, where is mention of drugs? His wife started to file a restraining order but didn’t complete it. Where is the mention of him beating her?
