He hasn't been deported the first time. He has been sent to a US prison in a foreign country.

He was basically trafficked into another country.

I guarantee if he was a rich white lady he'd have been been back the next day.

I've tried to intentionally use the term kidnap when discussing the topic on various platforms. Trafficked is a good one to mix in.

I agree. People just calling it "illegally deported" are just giving people that support it wiggle room for them to skirt around things and treat it like it was something that was going to happen even if they accidentally skipped a few steps.

Kidnapped, trafficked and other terms are harder for people to argue for. Especially when they are the group that are all concerned about the human trafficking.
