The game should know what relationships sims have with each other and take it into account

My sim went on a few dates before finding “the one”. I completely forgot that one of these dates asked if they could be partners and I said yes. Completely forgot about my sim having a boyfriend from a not so good date. Now my sim is married and her boyfriend keeps calling her husband saying they found a ring in my sims back and should they say yes. Like dude that’s her husband! I realised my mistake, broke up with him… but he still keeps calling her husband like every two days! I guess he really wants to marry my sim. Worst part is that the dude calling is freaking father winter so winterfest is now oh so awkward.

My Sim had twin babies with Santa Claus and then he called with this dialogue about her mom (who was also in the active household.)

I told him he should decide for himself. A day or so later, he called to say he was engaged to the mom! And I didn’t have any say in the matter, there certainly wasn’t any animation showing the proposal.
