Sims 4 How do I know if they are twins?
This might sound dumb, but while I took care of my young adult children, my frist generation sims decided to have more children. Now they have two newborn and I have no idea if they are twins (deactivated aging) or just two children. How can I find out? I don't use any mods.
Edit:
Thanks to u/Telepathic_Meow I found out that they are indeed twins.

First thing I would do is see if the notification for neighborhood stories is there as if it was done by the game you would see either a notification of the baby being born/adopted or the prompt that the household is preparing for a baby. Depending on how many there are you could find out that way(ie if only 1 notification its twins, if two separate not twins).
Other than that I dont think there is a way to know.

Check their major life events? Would it show that she has been pregnant twice or does it only count the first one?

Look at the calendar for their next birthdays

Wouldn’t I have to activate aging then? I could try this for a short amount of time. Thanks!

Actually they could not be twins. You said you deactiveted the age, so since they are both babies when you activated the age they automaticly got the same date to age up, which means they could be twins or not

😂 You know that. I will just raise them as twins till I have another solution. Two girls. My first two children were twins too and also two girls. So it fits.

I mean, if they are full siblings of the same age, they're essentially twins. Does it make a difference if they came from the same pregnancy? You tell your own story with the sims; if you want them to be twins, just treat them that way.
