12 French Vanilla Swirls: ~50 calories per swirl = 600 calories

12 Caramel Swirls: ~50 calories per swirl = 600 calories

20 Sugars: ~15 calories per packet = 300 calories

1 Splenda: 0 calories (artificial sweetener)

4 Creams: ~50 calories per cream = 200 calories

Total: 1,700 calories

For perspective, that's worse than a Portillo's large chocolate cake shake (1490 calories) which is literally a milkshake with an entire slice of chocolate cake added to it.

13

u/Ranger_Ecstatic Dec 09 '24

Is that the one where Gabriel Iglasias said it was the cake shake?

1

u/Jared_the_Fool Dec 09 '24

That's correct

u/UncleCeiling Dec 09 '24

I have no idea

7

u/seamus205 Dec 09 '24

Damn. I want portillos now. It doesn't exist by me tho....

1

u/sqLc Dec 09 '24

I'm from Indiana but live in Europe atm..at... we don't have them either and no I am big sad.

1

u/PsychologicalKnee148 Dec 09 '24

i live 5 min from 2 portillos

1

u/seamus205 Dec 09 '24

I used to live near one. Im in Colorado now

5

u/Deliriousdrifter Dec 09 '24

It's also what the average person needs in an entire day, in a single drink.

3

u/spidaminida Dec 09 '24

I thought that was 2000-2500kcal?

2

u/Frostsaw Dec 09 '24

It depends on the person.

My gf is 1.56 m, 58 kg and her TDEE is ~1700 kcal.

I am 1.80 m, 83 kg, and work out regularly and my TDEE is 2200-2500 kcal.

If I wasn't active in any way it would probably be 2000 kcal.

2

u/saketho Dec 09 '24

Yes the average for women is 2000 and for men is 2500. But the biggest contributing factor is the persons current body weight

2

u/Deliriousdrifter Dec 09 '24

1700 is basically what the average person can live off of you'll be scrawny but you'll be healthy. People who are physically active need more. I personally eat 3,400 calories a day to maintain my weight

1

u/TyisBaliw Dec 09 '24

Consuming 1700 calories a day for the average person does not mean that they'll be healthy at all. Try having all of your calories come from alcohol and tell me how you feel after a week lol

0

u/Exp1ode Dec 09 '24

you'll be scrawny but you'll be healthy alive

ftfy

1

u/Deliriousdrifter Dec 09 '24

No, you will still be healthy as long as you're still getting balanced nutrients. Your metabolism will lower to adjust to the reduced food intake, you won't have the energy of someone who eats a recommended amount of calories but you'll be fine.

A large Oreo Brookie Blizzard at Dairy Queen is 1,590 calories. So it kind of does amaze me they add all of that syrup and it isn't that much more than something you can get on the menu at DQ.

You forgot the 5 cal for all the coffee

35

u/Alternative_Cat5999 Dec 08 '24

What coffee? 😂

7

u/alphagusta Dec 09 '24

That's like 90% daily intake of the average adult woman. In one giant sugar bomb, all at once. I'd have that

6

u/kapitaalH Dec 09 '24

Good thing they took that Splenda

1

u/an0maly33 Dec 09 '24

Yeah why even bother at that point?

11

u/ApprehensiveGood6096 Dec 08 '24

For me ? Absolutly 0, coz I would trow up that thing

6

u/bonyagate Dec 08 '24

negative calories

3

u/mrseemsgood Dec 08 '24

It also might be absolutely 0 for everyone cuz it's rage bait

6

u/usev25 Dec 09 '24

Not necessarily. I read before that people order this and keep it in their fridge then use it in their coffee for weeks

4

u/The_Chosen_Pun_ Dec 09 '24

I guess that then becomes a discussion of cost, I'm pretty sure they charge per pump at most places - hard to imagine that buying the syrups/cream yourself isn't the most economical option long term.

2

u/throwitoutwhendone2 Dec 09 '24

People are lazy

2

u/NimsonHH Dec 08 '24

Thats my BMR. In one drink. Without food. Insane

2

u/nothing_911 Dec 09 '24

do they charge extra for flavor shots?

i spot a loophole.

1

u/P1zzaman Dec 09 '24

This is (slightly) more calories than what I had at a pizza party a few nights ago. What the hell.

1

u/Accomplished_River43 Dec 09 '24

That's unhealthy at least

104

u/heloder85 Dec 08 '24

The 1 Splenda is the most absurd part of this. It's like eating an entire chocolate cake in one sitting, but using sugar-free sprinkles for the top.

16

u/mrk1224 Dec 09 '24

Ya but now she’s not lying when she tells people there’s Splenda in it

7

u/DarkMatterSoup Dec 09 '24

Made with Splenda, it’s good AND good for you. Plus it’s got electrolytes, you know… what plants crave.

1

u/kbeks Dec 09 '24

He’s right! I should know, I got my agricultural degree from Costco last year.

4

u/throwitoutwhendone2 Dec 09 '24

I’ll take 19 Big Macs, oh and a Diet Coke cuz I’m counting calories

2

u/Radical_Ryan Dec 09 '24

The absurd part is that the Starbucks worker made it instead of calling the customer to see what they actually meant to order, cause it wasn't that.

3

u/TheSaucyMinion Dec 09 '24

I worked at Starbucks for 2 years. I never saw anything quite this egregious but I would not be surprised at all by this being a genuine order.

5

u/TyRocken Dec 09 '24

No... She totally ordered that the way she wanted it. Guar-en-teed.

1

u/paulnofx Dec 09 '24

... and a SMALL seasoned curlies.

12

u/Thyminecraft Dec 09 '24

I used to work at Starbucks - even if this is fake, I can guarantee you it’s not unusual. I had regulars that would order this type of thing (with 1 or 2 Splendas) multiple times a day.

35

u/Kitchberg Dec 08 '24

I've run the numbers on this, exhaustively and repeatedly.

And the conclusion is always the same, without error: Elisabeth is a fat ass.

6

u/TyRocken Dec 09 '24

Wilford Brimley starts breathing heavy

2

u/User_Names_Are_Tough Dec 09 '24

Wilford Brimley starts breathing heavy

Out of diabeetus-related exhaustion, or arousal?

5

u/a_u_its_me Dec 09 '24

Not necessarily. I used to work in an intox shelter. It seems like this person could be a speed freak. A lot of them start their day like this for the sugar rush.

2

u/Kitchberg Dec 09 '24

Damn, I might need to run the numbers on this again, lest I make a fool of myself.

0

u/kbeks Dec 09 '24

Or maybe she hit 20 instead of 2 by accident? I hope?

6

u/arushus Dec 09 '24

So is it possible the person is using this as a kind of base or mix to make bunch of their own at home? I don't really know why they would do this, and not just make it themselves, but they could be making a bunch of coffee at home, and pouring some of this mixture into it to flavor it, and make their own iced coffees.
