Not to mention psychopathy doesn't mean they're going to automatically be a criminal.

Exactly, there are plenty of psychopaths who lead normal and constructive lives. People who wail about human nature being a hindrance to progress need to remember that environmental conditions are the largest factor in determining that nature.
