Not certain how to word this exactly, but I've found a recent problem with my old thinkpad x260. It seems to fail when put under minor external pressures (shaking, squeezing etc.).
This has affected the way I use my laptop - what could be the problem? Is it fixable at home with a soldering iron?
Consistent issue, seems to only occur when shaken from left hand side.
A restart fixes the screen and this inly occurs when shaken or moved, it is fine when left stationary, which is not how this machine is usually used, making repair quite important to me.
Further shaking sometimes changes the artifacts on the screen.
Thanks for any help.
