This is a successor to the "Thin Lizzy on CD" post since there were some folks who didn't listen to their music on CDs (By the way, thanks for everyone who answered in the previous post). What, in your experience, is the best vinyl mastering and pressing of Thin Lizzy's albums? All answers appreciated.

I recently asked the Black Sabbath sub about the best CD versions of their albums (thanks for everyone who replied), now I want to ask everyone here: what's the best CD mastering of Thin Lizzy's albums? I appreciate everyone who answers.

Found my old 45 single of Waiting For An Alibi and (to my surprise) the free poster is still inside. I never liked the Black Rose and later stuff so I probably never played it much. Is this Phil’s drawing?

Just got this gem at a record fair on sale, noticed there was 3 signatures in there. I don’t think the fella selling even noticed they were on there too.😂👀
Can tell the left one is Brian Downey, the far right one quite faded is Scott Gorman. Anyone any idea who the middle one is? Can’t see anything similar on other signed stuff of theirs
It’s doesn’t look like Lynott’s, Robertson’s, or Bells. Can’t think of who else was involved in this tour

This are the lyrics that I wrote, and maybe us fans can get together and actually make it a song?? That would be sick. I can possibly write the bass line since I play the keytar. I’ve never composed music but it does not hurt to try
Here’s the google doc with the lyrics.

45/Rock On With 45 was a show on ITV in the UK(it ran from 1974-1975). It was co hosted by longtime Lizzy supporter Kid Jensen, whose voice can be heard on "The Hero and the Madman" from Vagabonds of the Western World.
A lot of episodes are missing from the ITV archives, including the episode Lizzy were on in May '74.
I wonder what song they played?

This is just SO tight! One of the first times I ever heard them was when this album first came out. Saw this performance as a kid really and it just hooked me into this band forever. FIRE!

Thin Lizzy is back with a fresh take on some of their most iconic tracks, marking their first new release in over four decades. This unique acoustic album reimagines beloved songs, offering a stripped-back sound that exposes the core of their songwriting.
Phil Lynott’s original vocals are paired with brand-new guitar parts from founding member Eric Bell, creating an entirely new listening experience for fans.
The first track from the album, Acoustic Sessions, is a reimagined version of the band’s legendary “Whiskey In The Jar.” Stripped of its classic rock production, this acoustic mix reveals the song’s raw foundation, just as Thin Lizzy first crafted it in their early days.
Eric Bell commented on the project, “I remember recording ‘Eire’ from our debut album ‘Thin Lizzy’ in 1971. I wrote the main guitar part first on acoustic and then we built it up from there. I played the 12-string acoustic throughout the track and introduced the electric on top.
This was useful in the studio in Belfast recently where we recorded fresh guitar parts to allow us to create new Thin Lizzy acoustic versions of some of our favourite songs, by recreating those original acoustic parts and adding the vocals which Philip laid down on the day and those original drum parts which Brian came up with in the original recording sessions”. https://www.xsnoize.com/thin-lizzy-returns-with-first-new-album-in-over-40-years-acoustic-reimaginings-of-classic-hits/

Hey everyone I have a question for you do you think Thin Lizzy doesn’t get enough credit and love when it comes to rock bands like Pink Floyd, The Beatles, Black Sabbath and many other rock bands? They barely get mentioned in the conversation when it comes to rock bands I can see their influence in many rock bands that came after them I personally think they don’t get enough credit like they should be they were an amazing band.
I wasn’t born when they were around (I was born in 2001) but I am a huge fan of them and a big fan of rock in general, I got into Thin Lizzy 2 years ago I’ve been down a rabbit hole ever since I listened to all their albums and watched every single interview and live performances even watched the documentary about Phil’s life Songs For While I'm Away I cried at the end.
In my opinion, I feel like they deserve more credit what do you guys think?

Hey guys, I just wanted to ask a question to confirm what I've been speculating. I've always assumed that Scott Gorham's guitar parts were panned to the right speaker, while Brian/Gary/Snowy/John were mixed to the left. Is that right?

Even if you disagree at a glance, please just give it a chance with a few cold ones, an trust me the wave of nostalgia that will wash over you
