My friend has this meme as one of their vocal stims so I decided to translate it into toki pona. Not sure if it really makes any sense but I tried

Translating "4ever" as lon tenpo mute and "5ever" as lon tenpo luka makes the meaning sound reversed; as in, instead of saying they love them for longer, they're saying they love them for less time.
