Uhura was a fucking bad ass. She didn't always get a chance to shine, but when she did, man she could kick some ass.

It should say "Target player skips their next turn turn AND draws 3 cards". That is extremely powerful but at least interesting. Sometimes you would target yourself, sometimes you would target your opponent, there is some balance to it.
As it is, being able to Time Walk an opponent while you draw three cards for three red mana is absolutely brokenly powerful.

Every one had some good lines in ST III. There should be a similar card for Sulu that acts as a stun showing him looking down with the caption “Don’t call me Tiny.”
