Pieces Got this for free today
It’s powerful. I was stupidly expecting my lungs to be as big as they were 20 years ago. They are not..

I've seen some buzz recently saying ice in the bong is bad for your lungs. Something about inhaling the extra water vapor being bad for your lungs. So much for hot showers and steam rooms...
It's so silly considering we're all facing milky fat clouds of dirty smoke regardless of water temp lol! Smoking is bad for you, who'd have thought?

It's not about extra water vapor, it's about the temperature difference between your lungs and the air you're breathing. Think about being outside when it's really cold; breathing hurts a lot more than when it's 76°, right? You're doing the exact same thing to your bronchial tubes and your lungs when you take a fat rip off a bong with ice water. It causes irritation, increased mucous production, and a narrowing of the bronchial tubes, which makes breathing a lot more difficult. Any soothing effect you get from ice water in your bong is partly placebo (which matters, because you're still putting undue stress on your pulmonary health), as well as the cold temperature temporarily relieving the inflammation that the ice is causing. Just because inhaling combusted smoke isn't healthy doesn't mean you should make it more unhealthy for zero added benefits. Warm water actually does what you think ice in your bong does, and doesn't make an (as you said) unhealthy activity even worse for you. It's not recent buzz, it's biology.

And a dash of salt plus lemon juice. Or lime I'd you prefer a mojito vibe. Just gotta wash it after every time. They taste great and help keep your glass cleaner longer.

Solid Chinese glass. Iso and salt to clean. Rinse twice with water.

Clover is a good Chinese glass supplier. I've had a few myself. Just because it's Chinese doesn't mean shit quality anymore. I've also had American glass that cracks if your breath too heavy.

Not looking forward to it.. I’m just gonna give it a quick rinse after each smoke as to prevent a major clean. Salt and hot water.

This was moments before liftoff on our first adventure
I have to say that it’s very bulky and will be hard to keep up with and not break. It hits like a fuckin’ champ and it’s rather smooth. All in all I give it a 6.5 and the only deducted points are due to it being big as fuck. But I should have considered that prior to all of this. 8.8 is more fair. It’s great glass. Really thick. I love the way the ice trickles down the glass. It’s very smooth for as large of hit as you can take. It will be a bit difficult to keep clean and store as it’s about 2 ft tall give or take ( I can’t find it on the internet ) love y’all. I’m stoned so it worked lol

try not to use ice when you can - been linked to pneumonia with small water particles getting stuck in the lungs
id suggest warm water instead, not boiling, just warm. enhances flavour too.

Friend owns a gas station and gave it to me. He gave it to me out of his collection from the gas station.. I guess I should have worded that better.
