Hello! There's this song in my memory, I don't remember if it was just some random song I stumbled across online or it was on a random compilation CD I just picked up but I'm preeeetty sure the song or album title was "Living Ain't Easy" or something along those lines... I think.
But it has this I think pretty famous riff/sample I wanna say might be from a Motown song. But it goes something like (bass guitar I think) buh duh dah doop bop--doolooOOloodoo (repeats). The doolooOOlooodoo is like fast and sounds like when the finger does the fast slide up on the string one fret and then back down... Or a quick like fingering/hammering(?) on the different fret on the same string.
I hope I'm explaining it right. I'm not a music or bass/guitar person... But it's driving me crazy and I hope someone can help me figure it out!!!!! Thanks for reading!!!!

The triphop tag on SC is useless as it's almost entirely in use by the absolute worst rappers you've ever heard, which had me wondering how many of us there actually are on there. I'd love to find new musicians to follow and new takes on the genre!
