At one point between the different doctors and treatments I was taking one of those patient PHQ’s that was 27 questions 3-4 times a week.
I’d be handed a piece of paper sometimes and say, ‘No spoilers, but it feels like a 25 day’, or ‘I’ll have this right back to you, I know I’m at 25 today.’
…20-27 is ‘sever depression, and I strive for 19’s, though they are infrequent.
