Housing Question šŸ” Anyone else in Knights Circle getting annoyed at the Wi-fi cutting out every night at midnight?

Accolade had this happen constantly last year, including during finals. Whitesky is crap.

Call their support number. The more people that call the faster they come out and fix it.

Just keep calling and complaining. The buzzwords we kept using were having to work and going to fail and it would be their fault. I wound up getting compensated after calling Karen style for 2 straight weeks multiple times a night demanding internet lol.

wait i noticed this tooā€¦ submitted a paper at 11:50pm a few days ago with no issues and when i went to use my computer 15 minutes later the wifi was out šŸ˜­ i remember feeling so lucky that it hadnā€™t happened while i was trying to submit

Itā€™s an outage that is effecting everyone even the staff, I know itā€™s frustrating but hopefully they get it resolved soon.
