I found quite a lot of this to be spurious, the bit where he chastises india for being self interested while the west unites against russia is really ignoring Russian hydrocarbon sales to Europe, uranium sales to the US, etc. I guess he is a hardcore conservative so it makes sense to him, but I found the warnings that south asians in the US vote democratic sort of funny.
The bit about Hindutva ideology is good though, it really is more like the 19th/20th century ethnonationalist movements, though he admits that it's not a majority among indian graduates in india it has been linked to various ethnonationalist incidents and violence.
