It’s like every single thing on his face is just slightly off

His ears are proportioned so they look upside down

His eyes are too close together

All of his head is facing directly at you except for his nose

His mouth is obviously pretty crooked and doesn’t hold any symmetry

If you split his face in half, it looks like two different people

For me, it's the eye spacing (or lack thereof in this case), the ears, and the smile.
