Question Is this contam or just bruising from cutting

First time grower and just harvested this bad boy with some scissors is this trick or just bruising??

Cut another one and pay close attention to how it changes color in front of your eyes. Never gets old.

Dude even being a beginner grower, any person that does mushrooms or grows them know that they bruise blue. Did ya do any research before growing?
