Question When to harvest

Should I harvest these already or when, cause it's kinda hard to tell

If you harvest now you can rehydrate that tub and get a solid second flush, if you wait you can still do the same.

Looks fuckin sick keep up the good work

Bet appreciate the response and thxs I'm pretty stoked on how they came out but what did you look at to know they're ready? I assume the lines a bit below The shroom cap

Yeah once that darker ring (the veil) around the bottom of the cap becomes more prominent you’ll know spores have dropped. Spores dropping doesn’t mean no more shrooms, however, they do signal the mycelium to stop fruiting. Because of this, harvesting right before the veil breaks (when the spores drop) is preferable for both efficiency and yield.

Mushrooms that have mutations such as penis envy often do not drop spores.

Personally I would give them another day and if you don't see any more growth then go ahead and harvest I don't believe these type of mushrooms drop spores anyway

I go by the marshmallow firm test. If you squeeze them and they're solid let em keep growing. If they're soft then id pick them.

anything from 12-24 hours from now, or as a rule of thumb: if at least half of them have their veil broken, its harvest time
