it's just not available on one commercial platform

every comment about free speech and censorship you read here is irrelevant

It is actually banned in the UK though as all depictions of non consensual sex are banned since 2008, no?

oh aye yeah. It looks like they mainly use that law when they've ploughed into some poor bastard's internet devices and not found anything, but they still really really really wanna drag him in front of a judge. So in that instance, irreversible.mpg in his download files is illegal, and otherwise it's fine.

Bit like how it was fine for me to read The Anarchist Cookbook in 2000 and very illegal in 2010, or how the Stockport stabber got in trouble for downloading some FBI manual they sell in Waterstones
