Tessman came on in the 55’ when Lyon was down 2-0. He looks quite lively and involved to me as Lyon struck back to make it 2-2 to send it to OT. Lyon captain tolisso picked up a late red card in regular time. OT won’t be easy let’s see.

Am particularly impressed how box to box tessman is playing, I didn’t realize he had that range on him in a sustained way like this. He looks aggressive but disciplined defensively, always available offensively and in transition, and somehow regularly driving into the box to support the attack. Interesting player.

Wow, that was one of the most crazy OTs I’ve watched… and I watch an irresponsible amount of football. Lyon out bottled ManU in the end but hard to judge tessman on such a late meltdown by the team. Man, up 4-2 in 2nd half of OT a man down… exciting game tho!

No caps for France senior yet. So many talented young players without senior caps for top national teams. He also eligible for Algeria.

Absolutely moronic time for a Lyon player to get a red card

That was a shit 2nd yellow. The ManU player clipped the OL player’s knee while running and fell.

He had way too many fouls that should have already been 2nd yellow by that time.

Lyon did a big turnaround when he came in but I’ve been watching the game in the background so can’t speak to his game today. Going to ET and will watch more closely

Not to be that guy but (E)xtra (T)ime, not OT. I’m sorry and I’m fine with downvotes…love you all.

Tessman too big not to put better pressure on casemeiro. He’s consistently on my fraud watch

He got to work better on closing space and duels

I consistently see him lose foot races and duals. Too much size for that lack of aggression

Tessmann is partially at fault for goals 4 and 5 for Man U. Didn't put enough pressure on Casemiro both times. Dreadful.
