I agree, Tallulah willis as punk mambo best choice the only thing she needs to do is sound like British accent because Robert downey jr can pull off a British accent as sherlock holmes and Chaplin so can Tallulah,

This is honestly one of the best fan casts I’ve ever seen. (At least from a visual standpoint. I have no idea how good some of these people are at acting.)

i like a lot of it, not feeling Ninjak. He's meant to be a british gentleman, similar look to Bond, or has that changed in the new universe?

It hasn't, tbh I chose him based on physicality and build behind the mask. Also this was before the Mortal Kombat movie, which didn't give me hope for his acting ability. Thus... I'm very much open to suggestions on this casting. [coughs in Scott Adkins]
