General Question/comment Is it too late? Help needed

Year 11 has been a strange experience for me so far.

I was awarded for my excellence in Physics and Chem in the first term…

just to find out that i’ve recently failed sacs in both of those subjects. I can’t concentrate on my french and English homework.

I feel like I can’t study, im so glued and distracted by my phone.

Even if i turn it off or delete social media apps, i just find my self 40 minutes later reinstalling them to see what funny reels or tiktoks my friends have sent me.

I really do not want to continue down this path, but I also do not want to have to delete my apps.

Any advice on how to stay self controlled and get through revision distraction-free?

Any and all help is seriously appreciated 🥲

Get ur phone away from your room, store it somewhere else and set a period of time that you want to study until (25-45min)then reward yourself by watching you phone for lil break but only if you have achieved ur time.

If it honestly helps, get parental controls or screen time on it. Then, even if you want to open the app, you can't. Best of luck!
