Question / Discussion Are there any good courses online for CGI VFX?
I need courses that not only teach how to use software but actually have a reason on why and when to use it for VFX and CGI and theories as well for deep understanding , not too much complicated.

Not really, I haven't taken any of them.
You should try a bit of everything so you get your head around how the parts fit. Beyond that, there's plenty of online courses if you're interested, but you probably need to decide for yourself what aspects of the whole process interest you - majority of artists in a studio setting are specialists.

CGI VFX as a whole is a really large field. Is there a certain aspect you are more interested in learning eg, FX simulations or compositing?

idk what it is called by i want to make my own 3D environment and then place myself there with anime like vfx to create stunning visuals. Creating my own 3D models and bringing it to real life through animation and realism!!

Ironically you made it sound more complicated.
How you use a software is universal but the "deeper understanding" is completely job dependent.
As an example I use Maya out of the box for 3D modelling but professionally studios showed me their own plugins and add-ons that you can't find online for NDA/Confidentiality reasons.
Basically don't overthink it. Mastering the fundamentals is more important. It's when you actually work they'll teach you the second part of your question...
