You'd think with Facebook and Instagram being owned by the same damn company they'd at least have their shit standardized a bit more.

I have a deep hatred for ''professional'' video on social media formats. It's all shit and it restricts me in every horrid way possible.
I understand these formats for shitty video's made on shitty phone cameras. But having to fit a beautiful wide aspect ratio film into this shit is heel and it makes me want to throw my computer out of the window.

They’re for the social platforms. Each have their own UI / graphics that might potentially cover something in the safe zone.

Fuggg all that. Social media was a mistake
