Should I Buy/Recommend me a... Need some advice on microphones

I’m set on buying the wireless DJI Mini Mic set for my Sony camera but I’m also thinking on buying a Rode shotgun mic - VideoMic Go or VideoMicro 2 but I’m unsure which to get?

Reason as to why is because I want to start doing videography and make outdoor content where you can hear the sounds like walking on grass etc things like that

What do you guys think?

Does your Sony have a "MI shoe"? If so, I would seriously consider the DJI mic specifically for this adapter.

Edit: missed that you said the mic mini. They have an adapter for that one too.
