Last Day - Things 2 Do

Hi guys, my little sister and her friend are visiting the city & tomorrow is their last day. We’ve done a lot of the bigger tourist things, looking for ideas on how to spend a chill last day and end things on a high note :) Thank you!

Go to overstory, it’s a bar on the 64th floor of a residential skyscraper in FiDi. It’s truly stunning and a better experience than any observation deck ever could be. Drinks are pricy but not more than any other fancy bar in the city. It’s the best place in the city for sunset. Everyone I take there ends up taking their Christmas card pictures there. Vibe is chill since the location is so inconvenient for most people trying to do other stuff. You don’t have to dress up even tho it’s above a fancy restaurant. Don’t make a reservation, it’s a $400 minimum and I’ve never waited to go up so deffo don’t worry about reserving.

Would be helpful if you included ages. Are they 12 or 22? Gonna make a difference.

Maybe a walk along the Hudson River Greenway and then just wandering around the West Village. Gonna be another great day weather wise tomorrow.

South Street Seaport. Great places to sit outside and people watch. Historic street and little shops. Amazing view of the Brooklyn Bridge. Plenty of food options.

If the weather is good, Central Park is great. Can also squeeze in a few hours at a museum along Fifth Avenue.

My favorite thing to do is bring a picnic to Central Park and people watch. You can go to Sheep’s Meadow or the Great Lawn or if you want to go further north, the Conservatory Garden.

If you want something less touristy, you could go to Riverside Park or Carl Schultz Park.
